Define how the business keeps running through a serious disruption, so core operations do not simply stop.
List the truly essential functions, what must keep running for the business to survive, and for each, how it keeps running if normal operations are hit, and who owns it. A short plan for the essentials beats an exhaustive one nobody could execute in a crisis.
| Essential function | How it keeps running through disruption | Who owns it |
