Build a specific plan for each specific loss you identified, and test it against a realistic scenario so it would actually work.
For each priority loss, write what you would do, in order, who would act, and whether you have tested it. Build one for each priority risk from your assessment, not for every conceivable loss.

Walk each through a realistic scenario: if this happened tomorrow, would this actually work, and does everyone know their part? A plan that has never been tested is a document, not a capability. Testing turns it into one and exposes the gaps to fix.
