Prioritized Delivery Action Plan.

Turn the scores and the binding constraint into a written, sequenced plan that routes to the right guides with target levels and a first action.

Step A: Sequence

Start with the guide that addresses your binding constraint. Then add every other sub-domain scored below Level 3, in dependency order. Drop any sub-domain already at Level 3 or above. Do not run more than two guides at once.
