Delivery and Client Experience Snapshot.

An honest, qualitative read of how delivery runs today, from signed deal to finished engagement, before any scoring.

Mark every symptom that is true for you right now. A sub-domain with several boxes checked is a candidate problem area that carries forward to the Assessment. A sub-domain with none is likely already functional. Note any pattern where sales sees a symptom delivery does not, or the reverse, because that gap is itself a handoff signal.

Handoff (sale to delivery)

What gets delivered does not match what the client was sold. Delivery starts without a clear, written picture of the scope. Implicit promises made during the sale never reach the delivery team. Sales and delivery blame each other when scope is disputed.

Standardization and quality

Delivery quality depends on who is assigned. The same defects or mistakes recur across engagements. There is no shared, written definition of what good output looks like. Quality problems are found by the client, not caught internally.

Engagement and project management

Engagements run late. Scope grows during the engagement without an explicit decision. No one is clearly accountable for managing the engagement as a whole. Slippage is discovered at the deadline, not before.

Client experience

Clients are surprised by things they should have heard earlier. You communicate with clients reactively, when there is a problem or when they chase. Expectations drift after kickoff and are not actively managed. Issues are handled late or defensively.

Measurement

You cannot say, with data, how good your delivery quality is. You cannot say, with data, how often you deliver on time. Client satisfaction is assumed from the absence of complaints. You cannot tell whether delivery is improving or sliding.
