Define what good delivery output actually means for each major deliverable, so quality is judged against a written standard rather than an opinion.
A good standard makes agreement automatic: two capable people, looking at the same output, would agree whether it meets the bar. Any criterion that fails that test is too vague. Replace "looks professional" with something observable, such as "all figures cited to a source, no spelling errors, matches the agreed template."
