Diversification Plan.

Build a deliberate plan to spread the dangerous concentrations, worst exposure first, so a single loss stops being existential.

For each dangerous concentration, name how you will diversify it, where the demand comes from, and its priority. Reducing your single largest exposure is the highest-value resilience move available, so do not spread effort evenly across risks of very different severity.

The most dangerous concentration first

Name the single concentration that would most damage the business if lost, usually the dominant customer or the sole critical supplier, and commit to working it down first.

Diversification is a campaign, not a switch; sequence it. The strategy lives here; the demand generation to achieve it routes to the revenue pathways.
