See the true cost of every recurring meeting, then act on it, so coordination stops consuming the organization.
The meeting load is almost always invisible in aggregate because each meeting was added one at a time and no one has ever totaled them. The true cost is duration multiplied by the number of attendees, which converts a "quick weekly sync" into the person-hours it actually consumes.

Total the cost column and count the meetings that answer No to the last question. That total and that count are the evidence base for everything that follows.
Eliminate: does not earn its cost; cancel outright. Consolidate: overlaps another meeting in topic or people; merge. Right-size: worth keeping but bloated; trim attendees, cut duration, or reduce frequency. Keep as is: already produces real value; carries to the Design Template. Be aggressive on elimination.
