Offer Evolution Pipeline.

Build a deliberate, light way to keep improving and extending the offer, and make staying ahead an ongoing discipline rather than a crisis response.

Fill in how each stage will actually run in your business. Keep it light: a heavy process nobody runs is worse than a simple one that lives. Without a pipeline, improvement happens only in a crisis, which is too late.

Worked example

Capture: a shared note where the team drops every "a client asked for..." moment. Test: pick one a quarter and trial it with two willing clients. Extend: if it lands, add it to a package and update the binder. Simple enough that it actually happens, month after month.

This is the difference between businesses that lead and those that once did: leaders treat the offer as always evolving. At Step 5, make this a permanent part of how the business runs.
