Operations Review Cadence.

Run a regular, decision-focused review that turns the numbers into action and catches drift early, and embed it as a permanent operating rhythm.

Section A: Run the review

The walk. Move through the scoreboard with a consistent purpose: which metrics are on target and which are drifting, what the trends are telling you, where a standardized process is starting to erode, and what the single most important improvement is before the next review. End decision-oriented: every drift or priority leaves the review with an action and an owner.

Section B: Embed as a standing rhythm

Make measurement and improvement permanent:

In place?Habit
The scoreboard stays current.
The review happens on its cadence without fail.
Improvement experiments run continuously, feeding refinements back into your standards.

This standing rhythm is what defines a mature operation, one that improves as a matter of habit.
