Outreach and Conversion Sequence.

Design the specific sequence of touches a single prospect receives, so your message lands with enough repetition to earn a response.

Use Mode A for outbound channels, Mode B for inbound. Most generation fails not because the first touch was weak but because there was only one.

Mode A. Outbound multi-touch sequence

Plan a series of touches, not a single message. Vary the angle so each touch adds something rather than just repeating "checking in." Carry your value message and a proof point. Stop or move to nurture when the prospect responds or the sequence completes.

Mode B. Inbound capture-and-respond flow

Whichever mode, the sequence is what produces replies. A single touch rarely does.
