Turn the scores and the weak link into a written, sequenced plan that routes to the right guides with a clear target and a dated first action.
Address acute burnout first if present. Then start with the guide for your weak link, add every other sub-domain that is not yet reliable in dependency order, and drop any already reliable. Do not run more than two guides at once.
| Sub-domain | Routes to guide |
|---|---|
| Culture definition | Define and Shape Your Culture |
| Collaboration and trust | Strengthen Collaboration and Trust |
| Engagement | Build Engagement |
| Wellbeing and burnout | Protect Wellbeing and Prevent Burnout |
| Culture measurement and sustaining | Measure and Sustain Culture Health |
| Order | Sub-domain and guide | Current | Target | First action | Owner |

For each row, state what better will look like, for example: defined values lived in behavior, or a genuinely engaged and committed team, or a team working at a sustainable pace.
The weak link is culture definition, still shaky. Plan: row 1, Define and Shape Your Culture, first action "run the current culture assessment with the team," owner the founder, start Monday. Row 2, Strengthen Collaboration and Trust, once the culture draft exists.
Reading the result: a written plan naming what to work first, what better looks like in plain terms, the dated first action, and any acute burnout flagged for immediate action. Return at reassessment to record how far each sub-domain moved.
