Prioritized Financial Action Plan.

Turn your scores and your binding constraint into a written, sequenced plan that routes to the right guides with target levels and a dated first action.

Build the plan in three moves: sequence the work, write the rows, and set what better looks like. Address an acute cash crisis first if present. Then start with the guide for your binding constraint, add every other sub-domain below Level 3 in dependency order, and drop any already at Level 3 or above. Do not run more than two guides at once.
