Prioritized Pricing Action Plan.

Your scores and your binding constraint turned into a written, sequenced plan that names what to fix first, what better looks like, and a dated first action.

Start with the guide for your binding constraint, add every other part scored below Level 3 in dependency order, and drop any part already at Level 3 or above. Each part routes to its guide: value and cost to Understand Your Value; structure to Design Your Pricing Structure; setting and managing to Set, Communicate, and Manage Your Prices; measurement to Measure and Optimize Your Pricing.

Step A and B: Sequence and build the plan

Step C: What each move represents

State the maturity move each row represents, for example: "Understand Your Value moves Measurement and Relationships from Level 2 toward Level 3," or "Set, Communicate, and Manage Your Prices moves Measurement from Level 2 toward Level 3 to 4."

Commit to the first move

The date is the guardrail

Pricing work gets deferred out of fear more than tedium. A plan without a date is a wish. Name the first concrete action and when you will start it.

Your answers stay in your browser on this page and are never sent anywhere. Return at reassessment to record how far each part has moved.
