Prioritized Product-Market Action Plan.

Turn the scores and the weak link into a written, sequenced plan that routes to the right guides in the right order, with a target for each and a dated first action.

Start with the guide for your weak link, add every other part that is not yet reliable in dependency order, and drop any part already reliable. Then set a target for each and date the first move.

Step A: the routing

Market understanding leads to Understand Your Market and Customer. Product-market fit leads to Achieve Product-Market Fit. Positioning leads to Position and Differentiate. Offer design leads to Design Your Offer. Market strategy and evolution leads to Market Strategy and Evolution.

Step B: build the plan

Step C: name what better looks like

For each row, state the improvement it represents in plain terms, for example: this move takes my market understanding from a guess to a grounded read, or this move takes my positioning from blending in to genuinely distinct.

Commit to the first move

Worked example

The weak link is market understanding, still shaky, with the target being reliable. First action: book three real customer conversations this week, owner: me, by Friday. Started looks like the first conversation booked on the calendar. Fit is next, also shaky, then offer design. Positioning is already strong, so it drops off the plan.
