Prioritized Strategy Action Plan.

Turn the scores and the weak link into a written, sequenced plan that routes to the right guides, with clear targets and a dated first action.

Start with the guide for your weak link, add every other sub-domain that is not yet reliable in dependency order, and drop any already reliable. Set a target for each, and name the Purpose or Measurement move it represents. Strategy work is the easiest to defer behind the urgent, so the date matters.

Step A: Sequence the guides

Route each weak sub-domain to its guide: Purpose and direction to Clarify Your Purpose and Direction. Strategy development to Develop Your Strategy. Goals and planning to Set Goals and Plan. Alignment and cascade to Align and Cascade. Execution and review to Execute and Review the Strategy.

Step B: Set the Element targets

State the move each row represents, for example "Clarify Your Purpose and Direction takes your sense of direction from shaky to reliable," or "Execute and Review takes your follow-through from shaky to solid."
