Turn your scores and weak link into a written, sequenced plan that routes you to the right guides with clear targets and a first action. This is the output of the diagnostic.
Start with the guide that addresses your weak link. Then add every other sub-domain that is not yet reliable, in dependency order. Drop any sub-domain already reliable. Do not run more than two guides at once. The sub-domain to guide map:
| Sub-domain | Guide |
|---|---|
| Priorities | Priority Clarity and Alignment |
| Capacity | Capacity and Workload Management |
| Meetings | Meeting Effectiveness and Communication Rhythm |
| Completion | Execution Cadence and Initiative Completion |
| Individual effectiveness | Individual Effectiveness and Focus |
For each sub-domain in your sequence, complete one row. Default the target to one step above where you are now. The first action is drawn from the first step of the guide you will engage.
| Order | Sub-domain and guide | Where you are now | Target | First concrete action | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 (weak link) | |||||
| 2 | |||||
| 3 |
State the move each row represents, so progress is measurable, for example "Priority work takes team communication from shaky to reliable," or "Capacity work takes your systems and measures from shaky to reliable."
Your answers stay in your browser on this page and are never sent anywhere. Begin the first guide in your sequence, and return to this plan at reassessment to record your progress.
