Prioritized Productivity Action Plan.

Turn your scores and binding constraint into a written, sequenced plan that routes you to the right guides with target levels and a first action. This is the output of the diagnostic.

Step A: Sequence

Start with the guide that addresses your binding constraint. Then add every other sub-domain scored below Level 3, in dependency order. Drop any sub-domain already at Level 3 or above. Do not run more than two guides at once. The sub-domain to guide map:

Sub-domainGuide
PrioritiesPriority Clarity and Alignment
CapacityCapacity and Workload Management
MeetingsMeeting Effectiveness and Communication Rhythm
CompletionExecution Cadence and Initiative Completion
Individual effectivenessIndividual Effectiveness and Focus

Step B: Build the plan

For each sub-domain in your sequence, complete one row. Default the target to one level above current. The first action is drawn from the first step of the guide you will engage.

Step C: Set Element targets

State the Element move each row represents, so progress is measurable, for example "Priority work moves Communication from Level 2 toward Level 3," or "Capacity work moves Systems and Measurement from Level 2 toward Level 3."

Your answers stay in your browser on this page and are never sent anywhere. Begin the first guide in your sequence, and return to this plan at reassessment to record level progression.
