How to read it

Mark any of these that are true. Each is a sign generation is not yet a system:

Your largest dependency is more than half your leads (single-source fragility). Your monthly new-customer swing is large relative to the average (feast or famine). Your conversion rate is "unknown" (you cannot see your own funnel). You answered "No" to predictability (generation is hope, not a system). Carry this snapshot into the scoring step; the picture it paints is the problem the rest of the pathway turns into a reliable engine.
