Differentiation test. Mark each: Is it specific (not "quality" or "great service")? Is it defensible (hard for them to dismiss)? Would a competitor be unable to claim the same thing? If your difference fails these, dig deeper. If the offer itself is genuinely undifferentiated, that is a positioning problem.
