Discovery Question Framework.

Prepare for and run a structured discovery conversation that uncovers the buyer's real problem, then confirm it back to them, so deals are built on understanding rather than guesses.

Section A: Before the conversation

Section B: The discovery questions

Move from the surface down to the real problem. Ask, then listen, before mentioning any solution.

Keep asking until you understand the problem more deeply than a competitor would. The deal is won by understanding, not by pitching faster.

Section C: Confirm and summarize

This confirms you have it right and builds trust, because being accurately understood is rare and persuasive. Then document it on the deal.
