Design what is actually in the offer and how it is structured, so it delivers the value the fit and position promise, coherently, and standardize it over time.
List each component, what it delivers and to which real need, and whether it is core, included, or excluded. Be explicit about what is excluded, an offer that includes everything is impossible to price, deliver, or grasp. Anchor every component to a real need; components that map to nothing are candidates to cut.
| Component | What it delivers (to which need) | Core / included / excluded |
|---|---|---|
Core: the monthly compliance review and the inspection-ready binder. Included: a quarterly call and email support. Explicitly excluded: staff HR issues and clinical training, which used to creep in for free and made the offer impossible to scope. Every kept component maps to the real need of staying safe without effort.
Your answers stay in your browser on this page and are never sent anywhere. At Step 5, standardize the architecture and keep refining it; the cleanest offers are the most deliberately shaped.
